Our team has extensive experience and knowledge preparing high quality patents. Our patent preparation work often includes conducting invention disclosure meetings with inventors to understand their innovations, conducting patentability searches, when needed, and preparing high-quality patent applications that provide the broadest available protection for our clients’ inventions.
Patent Prosecution
To procure high quality granted patents for our clients, we engage with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) early on during the patent prosecution process by conducting in-person and/or telephonic interviews with USPTO Examiners to expedite allowance. Our experience in patent prosecution also includes appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Trademarks, where we have had numerous successes in reversing USPTO rejections.
