Ann brings extensive experience from both law-firm and in-house roles, including positions at Sheppard Mullin, Kilpatrick Townsend, and PlusAI Inc. She has drafted and prosecuted U.S. and international patent applications across software, AI/ML, computer vision, and cryptography, working closely with major technology clients to develop and execute effective claim strategies. At PlusAI, she directed patent strategy for autonomous-driving and AI innovations, oversaw a rapidly expanding portfolio, managed foreign filings, led continuation and divisional practice, and aligned IP development with engineering and product teams. Ann holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
