USPTO releases report on patent examination outcomes after the Supreme Court’s Alice decision

Today, USPTO released a report showing the outcome of its 2019 patent eligibility guidelines. The report shows a 44% decrease in uncertainty of patent subject matter eligibility in the relevant technologies.  This shows more predictably is coming back to the USPTO in this very uncertain and confusing area of laws.
