Azadeh Khadem

Azadeh Khadem is a member patent attorney at NovoTech Patent Firm.

Azadeh concentrates her intellectual property practice on patent preparation and prosecution, licensing and the acquisition of intellectual property rights, opinion work and client counseling.

Azadeh has represented clients in diverse technical areas, including biomedical devices, telecommunications, semiconductor devices, computer systems, computer software, optical systems, and business methods.

Azadeh’s previous legal experience includes serving as Partner at Wong Cabello Lutsch Rutherford & Brucculeri and as an associate at Knobbe Martens Olsen & Bear.

Azadeh is a certified mediator and has mediated lawsuits in the local courts of Houston.

Azadeh previously served as chairperson of the Board of Education Relief Network (a nonprofit corporation), and is a former volunteer attorney for the Orange County Domestic Violence Clinic in California. She is also a former member of Eta Kappa Nu (the National Electrical Engineering Honor Society).

Azadeh is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

He is also a co-author of the "Patent Applications Handbook," which has been updated and published annually by West Publications (Clark Boardman Division) since 1992. One of his distinguished accomplishments involves guiding a startup through the patent application process, which led to substantial licensing opportunities that significantly enhanced the company's strategic value.
